Per-person, per-day costs roughly: standard 5-star city venue ₹8-15K, palace property ₹15-30K, ultra-luxury palace (Umaid Bhawan, Lake Palace) ₹50K+. A 100-person 3-day offsite at Fairmont Jaipur typically lands at ₹35-60L all-inclusive. Smaller groups at heritage forts (Bishangarh) can be more economical per-head.
Can you handle international guest logistics?

Yes. We coordinate inbound international guest visa support letters, airport transfers, and India-specific operational requirements (alcohol permissions, dietary requirements, currency etc). Many of our corporate clients fly in global teams to Indian palace venues for memorable APAC kickoffs.
What's your fee model for corporate events?

Two options: (1) Flat coordination fee ₹2-8L depending on event scale (recommended when client has internal events team); (2) Percentage of event cost (5-8%) for full-service execution. We pass through venue partner rates transparently — typically 10-15% savings vs walk-in.
