Because we are an accredited booking partner for these hotels and move serious room-night volume, we access contracted partner/block rates that walk-in guests and most planners cannot. We pass that rate to you and are paid a commission by the hotel — so you get the partner rate without any markup added to your bill.
Do you add a markup or planning fee on the hotel cost?

No. On the hotel room and venue charge, we add zero markup. Our income is the commission the hotel pays us — it does not change what you pay. You see the real quoted rate. (Optional full planning/coordination, if you want it, is quoted separately and transparently.)
What if I find a lower published rate for the same dates?
